Hi everyone. Last week I made my first announcement on the blog to say there would be no new blog post. I also said that I’d update you guys on any uploading plans for this week.
I was hoping that the weather would be decent enough for me to go outside but I wasn’t holding my breath. We ended up having heavy rain and strong wind over the last few days; it’s still ongoing at the time this post was uploaded.
I look on the news and it’s countless reports of severe flooding across the UK. This is the work of Storm Claudia. And it didn’t just affect the UK: Portugal and Spain were hit the hardest. My heart goes out to all who were affected by the storm, and I hope they can recover.
The Met Office is still issuing a joint Yellow Rain and Wind Warning, including for the whole southwest. I’m sorry but there ain’t no way I’m going outside to pick plants in this weather. The only good news is that it’s predicted to end by the 17th of November. In the meantime, please stay safe. And stay straying.
